Woke up this morning at the most ungodly hour. I left for the airport at around 4 am Seattle time, I don’t recommend taking early flights, unless of course you are in Business class! Avoid if possible (not business class, just early flights, just to clarify). Although, I probably wouldn’t have slept much anyway from all my nervousness and excitement.
Misha and I arrived at the airport at around 5 am, it was rough but we made it awake! The most difficult part was saying goodbye to Misha… After long and sad goodbye I stepped through security to catch my flight. I entered the plane ignorant about exactly where I was going to be sitting. I found my seat, which looked like the first class section, the seats extended all the way into the bed! I have to say after this trip I don’t know if I’ll be able to go back to economy class… I would really recommend the United business class.
I got to Washington DC Dullas very well rested! Three hours later it was off to Geneva. My next flight also went very smoothly! I was able to watch multiple episodes of the office and the new movie, The Proposal, which I enjoyed.
Seven and half hours later the plane was ready for landing. We flew directly over Lake Geneva and out my window I could see the beautiful Swiss Alps! As you can see in the photographs.
